Dog stolen during burglary in High Wycombe

A dog was stolen during a burglary at a property in Scrubbs Lane, High Wycombe.

On Thursday 13th July 2017, between 7.30am and 10.30am, offenders gained entry to a locked stable inside a farm and stole a fawn coloured French Bulldog called Layla. The dog is just over a year old.

Investigating officer, PC Josie Lawrence from High Wycombe Police Station said: ‘This has been a distressing incident for the victim who has lost a beloved pet, and enquiries are ongoing to identify those responsible.

If anyone has been offered a French Bulldog for sale, or if anyone witnessed the incident or any suspicious behaviour in the area around the time of the incident, please call the Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101 quoting reference ‘43170208496’.
