Police charge man with robbery following incident at a betting shop in Aylesbury
Police have charged a man with robbery following an incident at a betting shop in Aylesbury.
On Sunday 18th September 2017, at 11.00pm, a male employee was locking up a shop in Parton Road, Aylesbury when he was approached by a man who put a knife to this throat and demanded cash from the shop safe.
Following an investigation Thames Valley Police a 25 year old man of no fixed abode was charged on Monday 18th September 2017 with robbery and possession of a knife/blade/sharp/pointed article in a public place.
The man has been remanded in custody and he is due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on Tuesday 24th October 2017.
