Hundreds of pounds raised as High Wycombe lawyers hold charity coffee morning
Hundreds of pounds were raised for charity when one of High Wycombe’s leading law firms held a charity coffee morning.
Partners and staff at Reynolds Parry Jones LLP held the coffee morning for Macmillan Cancer Support as part of the charity’s annual World’s Biggest Coffee Morning initiative. A total of £123.61 was raised at the charity coffee morning, which was matched by the firm resulting in a total donation of £247.22.
A range of cakes were baked by professionals from the firm which were then sold to raise funds for the charity.
Graham King, Senior Partner at Reynolds Parry Jones LLP, said: ‘I am delighted that as a firm we have been able raise such a good amount for such a deserving cause.
Our team put a great deal of effort into preparing some wonderful bakes, which tasted all the more delicious for the knowledge that they were raising much needed funds for Macmillan.‘
In 2016 the Macmillan World’s Biggest Coffee Morning initiative raised nearly £30 million in support of Macmillan’s work.
