A man from High Wycombe has been issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order following an investigation by Thames Valley Police.
On Monday 29th January 2018 the 44 year old of Buckingham Drive, High Wycombe appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court.
The order is in place for two years and means that he is prohibited from:
- Being in possession of any unsealed container of alcohol whilst in the prohibition zone.
- Being in a state of intoxication in the prohibition zone.
The man is also required to attend appointments for alcohol treatment as structured by One Recovery Bucks.
Breach of any of these conditions could result in a fine or imprisonment.
PC Vikki Overson, the Anti-Social Behaviour Officer based at High Wycombe, said: ‘The CBO was sought as a result of [the man] persistently acting in an anti-social manner.
This order reflects that Thames Valley Police will robustly tackle persistent offenders of anti-social behaviour.
We hope it serves as a reminder that if people decide to embark on causing anti-social behaviour to a community, the police will utilise the relevant legislation available to stop such behaviour.‘
