Two injured following collision on M40

A collision involving two cars occurred on the Southbound carriageway of the M40 during the evening of Friday 9th February 2018.

The collision happened between Junction 5 (Stokenchurch) and Junction 4 (Handy Cross).

Firefighters were called to the scene at 5.19pm. Two fire appliances with crews attended from High Wycombe fire station as well as one from Thame fire station. An officer also attended.

Nobody was trapped as a result of the collision however two women were injured.

The firefighters made the scene safe before leaving.
