Woman sexually assaulted in Great Missenden

A woman in her twenties was sexually assaulted in Great Missenden on Tuesday 24th April 2018.

The incident occurred between 11.45pm and midnight as the woman was walking along Nags Head Lane in Great Missenden. Two men approached the woman, pushed her to the floor and sexually assaulted her.

Senior Investigating officer, Detective Inspector James Mather, of Force CID, based at Aylesbury, said: ‘We are in the early stages of an investigation after a woman was sexually assaulted in the early hours of this morning.

The victim is being supported by specially trained officers and members of the public may see an increased police presence whilst we continue to investigate.
