Local business ranked in Top 50 UK Best Workplaces
A Marlow based business has been ranked as being in the Top 50 Best Workplaces in the UK.
Data and analytics company, Dun & Bradstreet, were ranked in the top 50 Best Workplaces for 2018 in the medium category. This was based on feedback from its Great Place to Work® employee engagement survey and an in-depth audit of HR and leadership practices, policies and culture.
Employees highlighted the work Dun & Bradstreet does in the local community via its ‘Do Good’ programme as a key strength, along with a friendly and caring work environment.

In addition to the ‘Do Good’ social responsibility programme, the company also offers two volunteering days and an recently introduced an ‘Unsick’ day. Employees in the Marlow office can take advantage of benefits such as subsidised gym membership as well as on-site Bootcamp and Pilates classes, lunchtime workshops and a walking club.
Dun & Bradstreet, has its UK headquarters in Marlow and was previously based in High Wycombe. The company has been established in the UK for nearly 100 years and employs several hundred people across its UK operations.
