Man robbed at knife point in Denham

A man was robbed at knife point in Denham on Saturday 21st July 2018.

The robbery occurred at around 6.45pm on the forecourt of the Shell petrol station in North Orbital Road, Denham.

A 50 year old man was cleaning the windows of his vehicle on the forecourt of the  petrol station when a man approached him. The man produced a knife and demanded that the victim handed over his watch.

The 50 year old man gave the robber his watch and the robber returned to a scooter and got in it. The robber was with three other people on two scooters.

The man who carried out the robbery is described as a white, wearing jogging bottoms and a black hooded top. He was also wearing a helmet.

Investigating officer PC Paul Bridgeworth, of the investigation hub based at Amersham police station, said: ‘The victim was not injured during this robbery, but has had his wrist watch stolen. The watch is described as a Guess Watch with a chain strap with silver chains on the outside and a middle chain also of silver.

The watch face is blue with gold on the outside.
