Water leak in Dashwood Avenue, High Wycombe

A large water leak occurred in Dashwood Avenue, High Wycombe on Friday 28th September 2018.

The leak, close to the junction with Mill End Road, resulted in water flowing down the incline in Dashwood Avenue into Mill End Road (see picture below).

Temporary traffic lights reduced Dashwood Avenue to just one carriageway resulting in traffic jams building up in the immediate vicinity of the works.

According to the Thames Water website the leak was scheduled to be repaired by the end of Thursday 27th September 2018.
