Car stolen during robbery in Aylesbury
An appeal for witnesses has been launched by Thames Valley Police following a suspected robbery in Aylesbury.
On Monday 1st October 2018, at around 9.00pm, a 36 year old man was in a black Vauxhall Astra in West Street, just off the Bicester Road in Aylesbury, when he was approached by a group of men.
The group of men pulled the 36 year old man out of his car and left the scene in the stolen vehicle and another black vehicle.
During the incident the 36 year old man was not injured.
Investigating officer Detective Sergeant Kerry Bradfield, based at Aylesbury police station, said: ‘This incident took place in a residential area, and so it’s likely that a number of drivers and pedestrians may have seen all of part of the incident.
I am urging anybody with any information to get in touch, as that could prove pivotal to the investigation.
This was clearly a concerning incident, but I believe it to be an isolated one.

Police have arrested three men, aged 19, 20 and 21, all from Aylesbury, on suspicion of robbery in connection with the incident. The three men have all been released under investigation.
