By-election called for Aylesbury North West seat on Buckinghamshire County Council

A by-election has been called following the resignation of the member for the Aylesbury North West Division at Buckinghamshire County Council.

The by-election was called on Wednesday 24th October 2018 following the resignation of Martin Farrow, Member for the Aylesbury North West Division.

Buckinghamshire County Council Returning Officer, Gillian Quinton, confirmed a notice of election had been published and that polling would take place on Thursday 29th November 2018. A list of candidates will be published by Monday 5th November 2018.

Mr Farrow, who stood for the Liberal Democrats, was returned at the County elections in May 2017 with 658 votes, which was 29.8% of votes cast.
