Hampton by Hilton hotel to come to the Handy Cross Hub in High Wycombe

A Hampton by Hilton Hotel is set to come to the Handy Cross Hub in High Wycombe.

In a partnership with Handy Cross Dev Co Limited a 150 room Hampton by Hilton hotel is planned for the site to the west of the park and with easy access to the M40 motorway. The project is an integral part of Wycombe District Council’s consented master plan for the Handy Cross Hub.

Patrick Fitzgibbon, senior vice president, development, EMEA, Hilton, said : ‘We are delighted to bring our global brand to High Wycombe alongside the local authority’s £150m Handy Cross Hub, mixed use development.’

Wycombe District Council sold the designated hotel site to Legacy Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with global hotel investors Frank Truman Asset Management, in November 2018. Legacy Hotels & Resorts are one of the UK’s largest privately owned hotel owners, developers and management companies.

Handy Cross Hub is a prime location with great potential for investors to continue to improve the ‘town offer’. Following on from this latest success we hope to capitalise on this and progress with development of another piece of the HXH jigsaw.‘

Offering travellers high quality amenities, including complimentary WiFi and free hot breakfast, Hampton by Hilton is developing rapidly in the UK and Ireland. Hampton by Hilton High Wycombe will join 29 trading hotels with a further 24 in the UK and Ireland pipeline.

Hampton by Hilton High Wycombe will be located in Handy Cross Hub, Marlow Hill, High Wycombe.
