Cyclist suffered head injuries as a result of a collision with car in Denham
A cyclist suffered serious head injuries as a result of a collision with a car in Denham on Wednesday 6th March 2019.
The collision occurred on the A40 Denham roundabout junction with the A412 Denham Road in Denham. At around 10.15am, a grey Honda Civic car was in collision with a man in his eighties who was riding a pedal cycle.
The cyclist suffered head injuries as a result of the collision and was taken to Wexham Park Hospital in a serious condition. However the driver of the Civic was uninjured.
So far police have not made any arrests in connection with the incident.
Investigating officer, PC Colin Riley, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, based at Amersham, said: ‘We are keen to speak to anyone who saw the Honda Civic or the cyclist prior to the collision or witnessed the collision itself.
We would also ask anyone who may have dash-cam footage of the collision to please come forward.‘
