Police charge teenager with attempted murder following incident in Aylesbury

Police have charged a teenager with attempted murder following an incident in Aylesbury.

The 17 year old boy from Aylesbury was arrested on Sunday 16th December 2018 and charged by Police on Wednesday 13th Mach 2019 with one count of attempted murder and a count of possession of a shotgun with intent to endanger life. He was remanded in custody to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates Court on Thursday 14th March 2019.

The charges are in connection with an incident that occurred on Monday 10th December 2018 in an alley off North Drive, Aylesbury in which a man in his twenties was shot and sustained injuries to his hand, face and body.

A 20 year old man from Aylesbury, who was arrested on Friday 14th December 2018 and a 19 year old man, also from Aylesbury, who was arrested on Monday 10th December 2018 were released under investigation.
