Farm outbuildings affected by fire in Chalfont St Giles

Two farm outbuildings were affected by fire in Deadhearn Lane, Chalfont St Giles during the late evening of Sunday 24th March 2019.

At 10.17 pm firefighters were called to the incident. One appliance with crew attended from Amersham fire station, one from Gerrards Cross fire station and one from Beaconsfield fire station. Two officers also attended.

Two main jets, a set of breathing apparatus, tool kit, lighting and thermal imaging camera were used by the firefighters during the operation to extinguish the fire.
