Van collided with pedestrian before being driven at people outside pub in Frogmoor, High Wycombe
An incident of erratic driving in Frogmoor, High Wycombe has resulted in Thames Valley Police launching an appeal for witnesses.
On Monday 10th June 2019, at around 2.55am, a black Volkswagen Caddy van was in a collision with a pedestrian, a 20 year old man, in Frogmoor, High Wycombe.
A member of the public attempted to stop the van, however the driver put the vehicle into reverse and then attempted to drive the van at people outside Butlers public house.
The 20 year old man was not injured and nobody else was hurt during the incident.
The driver of the van is described as a white man, around 5ft 8ins of medium build, with medium length brown hair and light brown facial hair. He was wearing a dark coloured jumper and dark jeans.
Investigating officer PC Richard Lunn based at High Wycombe police station, said: ‘We believe there were a large number of people who may have seen this incident.
We would like to speak to these witnesses and anyone with further information.
There could be mobile phone footage of this incident and we would ask that rather than share this on social media, please report it and share it with Police to help with this investigation.

Police have arrested a 30 year old man from High Wycombe on suspicion of dangerous driving and driving whilst unfit through drink or drugs. He has been released on Police bail until Sunday 7th July 2019.
