Man injured during robbery in High Wycombe

An incident of robbery and GBH in High Wycombe on Monday 21st October 2019 has resulted in an appeal for witnesses by Thames Valley Police.

At approximately 3.45pm a 41 year old man was on his way to a bank in Cedar Terrace, High Wycombe when he was robbed of a large sum of cash. During the robbery the 41 year old man sustained a fractured eye socket and was taken to the Stoke Mandeville Hospital for treatment.

Police have issued a description of a man they are looking for in connection with the incident. He is described as being a black male, approximately 5ft 10ins, of a strong build, was wearing all dark clothing and was said to have been aged in his late thirties or early forties.
