Roadworks for the week ahead – Monday 3rd February 2020

Week commencing Monday 3rd February 2020 Transport for Buckinghamshire will be carrying out work at the following locations.

The works are part of the Transport for Buckinghamshire Strategic Highway Maintenance Programme. As some activities are weather dependent the dates may change at short notice.

Conventional Surfacing

Main Street, Charndon – School Hill to Speed limit change sign : Monday 3rd February 2020 – Installation of speed cushions using local traffic management between 7.00am and 7.00pm.

Institute Road, Marlow – High Street to Beaumont Rise : Wednesday 6th February 2020 to Tuesday 11th February 2020 – Surfacing works using a day time road closure in operation between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

Plane and Patch Programme

Rickmansworth Lane, Chalfont St Peter – Outside the Dumbell Public House : Monday 3rd February 2020 to Tuesday 4th February 2020 – Patching works using a day time road closure in operation between 9.30am and 4.30pm.

Shortway, Amersham – Woodside Road to Grimsdell’s Lane : Monday 3rd February 2020 to Tuesday 4th February 2020 – Surfacing works using a day time road closure in operation between 7.00am and 4.30pm.

Chaloner Road, Aylesbury – Hampden Gardens to Carrington Road : Tuesday 4th February 2020 to Wednesday 6th February 2020 – Surfacing works using a day time road closure in operation between 7.00am and 4.30pm.

Micro surfacing Programme

Langley Park Road, Iver – Junction with Leacroft Road : Friday 31st January 2020 – Drain cover adjustments using a night time road closure between 7.00pm and 6.00am.

Footway Programme

Moorfield Road, Denham – A412 to Savay Road : Monday 3rd February 2020 to Friday 21st February 2020 – Pavement surfacing using temporary traffic lights and local traffic management between 9.30am and 4.30pm.

Safety Barrier Programme

Wooburn Common Road, Taplow – Heathfield Road to Sheepcote Lane : Monday 3rd February 2020 to Thursday 20th February 2020 – Safety Barrier upgrade using a 24 hour road closure.

Network Safety Programme

Langley Park Road, Wexham – Lossie Drive to Langley Park Road service road : Monday 3rd February 2020 to Friday 7th February 2020 – Installation of pedestrian refuge and road widening using two-way traffic lights between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
