Roadworks for the week ahead – Monday 10th February 2020
Week commencing Monday 10th February 2020 Transport for Buckinghamshire will be carrying out work at the following locations.
The works are part of a rolling programme and, as some activities are weather dependent, dates may change at short notice.
Carriageway surfacing
Main Street, Charndon – School Hill to speed limit change sign : Thursday 13th February 2020 – Installation of speed cushions using localised traffic management in operation between 7.00am and 7.00pm.
Institute Road, Marlow – High Street to Beaumont Rise : Monday 10th February 2020 to Tuesday 11th February 2020 – Carriageway surfacing works using a day time road closure in operation between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
Rickfords Hill, Bourbon Street and Castle Street, Aylesbury – Whole lengths : Tuesday 11th February 2020 to Tuesday 18th February 2020 – Carriageway surfacing works using a day time road closure in operation between 6.00pm and 7.00pm.
Spurlands End Road, Great Kingshill – Whole length of road : Tuesday 11th February 2020 to Friday 21st February 2020 – Carriageway patching works using a daytime road closure in operation between 7.30am and 5.00pm.
Footway surfacing
Moorfield Road, Denham – A412 to Savay Road : Monday 10th February 2020 to Friday 21st February 2020 – Footway Surfacing works using temporary traffic lights and localised traffic management in operation between 9.30am and 4.30pm.
Road safety works
Wooburn Common Road, Taplow – Heathfield Road to Sheepcote Lane : Monday 10th February 2020 to Thursday 20th February 2020 – Safety Barrier upgrade using a road closure in operation 24 hrs a day.
Langley Park Road, Wexham – Lossie Drive to Langley Park Road service road : Monday 10th February 2020 to Friday 14th February 2020 – Installation of pedestrian refuge and carriageway widening using 2 way traffic lights between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
Bridge maintenance
B488 Near Ivinghoe – Canal bridge : Monday 10th February 2020 – Bridge Investigation works using localised traffic management between 09.30am and 3.30pm.
