Roadworks for the week ahead – Monday 22nd June 2020
Week commencing Monday 22nd June 2020 Transport for Buckinghamshire will be carrying out work at the following locations.
The works are part of a rolling programme. As some activities are weather dependent the dates may change at short notice.
Road surfacing schemes
A421 / A413 Roundabout, Buckingham – Roundabout and approaches only : Monday 22nd June 2020 to Tuesday 23rd June 2020 – Resurfacing using a 24-hour closure on the A413 between Bourton Road and A421 with temporary traffic lights on the A421.
Ledborough Lane, Beaconsfield – A355 to Station Road : Monday 22nd June 2020 to Tuesday 23rd June 2020 – Investigation works using temporary traffic lights between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
A413 / Bourton Road Roundabout, Buckingham – Roundabout and approaches only : Monday 22nd June 2020 to Friday 26 June 2020 – Resurfacing using a 24-hour closure on the A413 between Bourton Road and A421 with temporary traffic lights to allow access to the industrial estate.
Chearsley Road, Long Crendon; Crendon Road, Chearsley; Aylesbury Road, Chearsley – B4011 Bicester Road, Long Crendon to Cannon Hill, Chearsley : Monday 22nd June 2020 to Friday 3rd July 2020 – Surfacing and targeted patching using a daytime road closure between 7.00am and 7.00pm.
Ibstone Road, Stokenchurch – M40 bridge to Ibstone village : Monday 22nd June 2020 to Friday 26th June 2020 – Patching using a daytime road closure between 7.00am and 7.00pm.
Estcourt Drive, Widmer End – Various locations along road : Monday 22nd June 2020 – Patching work using a daytime road closure between 7.30am and 4.30pm.
Queen’s Road, High Wycombe – Various locations along road : Tuesday 23rd June 2020 to Thursday 25th June 2020 – Patching using a daytime road closure between 7.30am and 4.30pm.
Quarrendon Road, Amersham – Various locations along road : Friday 26th June 2020 to Tuesday 30th June 2020 – Patching using a daytime road closure between 7.30am and 4.30pm.
A413 Aylesbury Road, Swanbourne – Winslow to Swanbourne Road : Tuesday 23rd June 2020 – Preparation for surfacing using a daytime road closure in operation between 8.30am and 7.00pm.
Old Rectory Lane, Denham – A412 to Lower Road : Tuesday 23rd June 2020 – Surfacing using a daytime road closure between 8.30am and 7.00pm.
Fulmer Lane, Gerrards Cross – Whole length : Tuesday 23rd June 2020 to Wednesday 24th June 2020 – Surfacing using a daytime road closure between 7.00am and 7.00pm.
Pinewood Road, Iver – Five Points to Pinewood Studios roundabout : Wednesday 24th June 2020 – Surfacing using a daytime road closure between 7.00am and 7.00pm.
Collum Green Road, Hedgerley – One Pin Lane to Windsor Road : Thursday 25th June 2020 – Surfacing using a daytime road closure between 7.00am and 7.00pm.
Hawthorn Lane, Burnham – Blackpond Lane to Grove Road : Thursday 25th June 2020 to Friday 26th June 2020 – Surfacing using a daytime road closure between 7.00am and 7.00pm.

Burkes Road, Beaconsfield – Whole length : Saturday 27 June 2020 to Sunday 28 June 2020 – Surfacing using a daytime road closure between 7.00am and 7.00pm.
Forty Green Road, Knotty Green – Penn Road to The Royal Standard PH : Sunday 28th June 2020 – Surfacing using a daytime road closure between 8.30am and 7.00pm.
Penn Road, Forty Green – Forty Green Road to Clay Street : Sunday 28th June 2020 to Monday 29th June 2020 – Surfacing using a daytime road closure between 8.30am and 7.00m.
Some surfacing work is weather dependent and subject to disruption. Once the road surface is wet, work has to stop and can’t restart until the surface is dry again.
Drainage Programme
Coombe Lane, Hughenden – Junction with Valley Road : Monday 22nd June 2020 to Friday 10th July 2020 – Improvements using temporary traffic lights between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
