A local home care provider based in High Wycombe has been rated as one of Top 20 home care providers in South East England.
Right at Home (High Wycombe & District) has been given an award for being one of the Top 20 home care providers in South East England.
The award was given by www.homecare.co.uk, a leading reviews site for home care which lists all registered UK home care providers, which helps people search for the right home care provider. The award was based on the home care provider’s reviews on the homecare.co.uk site from the people they care for, plus their friends and relatives.
Amanda Hopkins, reviews manager of homecare.co.uk, said: ‘High quality home care is crucial as it enables people to stay living in their own homes and keep their independence, with their home care worker often becoming their friend and companion as well as their lifeline to the outside world.
During the pandemic, their contribution has been invaluable as many vulnerable and elderly people have been forced to self-isolate and to some of these, care workers have been their only link with the rest of society. They have also been able to bring people living at home, food and the medication they desperately need.
Our reviews are by those receiving home care as well as their family and friends. This helps people to search for the right care home provider, where compassion, trust and dignity are paramount.
Right at Home (High Wycombe & District) has shown that it provides care that is of excellent quality and we would like to congratulate it on being one of the top home care providers in South East England.
Looking for the right home care provider can be time-consuming and arduous. We hope our awards help to make people’s search that little bit easier.’
Danny O’Reilly General Manager, Right at Home (High Wycombe & District), said: ‘To be rated as one of the top 20 Home Care providers across the South East, in a field of over 1000 providers, is a proud moment.
We all get out of bed each day to try and deliver outstanding service to our 60 clients and this award suggests we are managing to get close to that.
This is a team achievement and I would like to thank our 30 Caregivers, Management and Administrative team members for their consistent client focused approach and for genuinely making a difference to the lives of local vulnerable people every day they come to work.‘
