Roadworks for the week ahead – Monday 31st August 2020

Week commencing Monday 31st August 2020 Transport for Buckinghamshire will be carrying out work at the following locations.

The works are part of a rolling programme. As some activities are weather dependent the dates may change at short notice.

Conventional Surfacing Programme

Dashwood Avenue, High Wycombe – Desborough Park Road to Mill Lane : Tuesday 1st September 2020 to Wednesday 2nd September 2020 – Carriageway patching works using a daytime road closure in operation between 7.00am and 7.00pm.

Booker Lane, High Wycombe (Rutland Avenue loop) : Thursday 3rd September 2020 to Friday 4th September 2020 – Carriageway patching works using a daytime road closure in operation between 7.00am and 7.00pm.

Plane and Patch Programme

Perry Street, Wendover – Aylesbury Road to Dobbins Lane : Tuesday 1st September 2020 to Friday 4th September 2020 – Carriageway works using a daytime road closure in operation between 7.00am and 7.00pm.

Park Place, Amersham – Plantation Road to Roundwood Road : Tuesday 1st September 2020 to Thursday 3rd September 2020 – Carriageway works using a daytime road closure in operation between 7.00am and 7.00pm.

Surface Dressing Programme

Continuation of lining works, replacement of road studs and road sweeping at various locations countywide.

Drainage Programme

Amersham Road, Hazlemere – St Johns Road to Manor Road : Tuesday 1st September 2020 to Friday 4th September 2020 – Drainage improvement works using temporary traffic signals in operation between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

Bridge Improvement Programme

Ivy Lane, Great Brickhill – Bridge adjacent to the Three Locks Golf Club to Heath Road : Monday 31st August to Friday 30th October 2020 – Emergency Bridge Repairs using a road closure in operation 24/7.

Footway Structural Repair Programme

Chadwell Path, Aylesbury – Various locations along length of footway : Tuesday 1st September 2020 to Wednesday 16th September 2020 – Footway Improvement works using localised traffic management in operation between 7.30am and 4.30pm.

Safety Barrier Improvement Programme

A41 Aston Clinton Bypass, Aston Clinton – Woodlands Roundabout to B489 Lower Icknield Way Slip Road : Tuesday 1st September 2020 to Friday 11th September 2020 – Safety Barrier upgrades (Eastbound) using lane closures in operation between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
