Roadworks for the week ahead – Monday 14th December 2020
Week commencing Monday 14th December 2020 Transport for Buckinghamshire will be carrying out work at the following locations.
The works are part of a rolling programme. As some activities are weather dependent the dates may change at short notice.
Conventional Surfacing Programme
Station Road / Aylesbury End, Beaconsfield – London End to 2nd entrance on Grove Road : Monday 14th December 2020 to Tuesday 15th December 2020 – Carriageway surfacing works using a road closure in operation between 7.30am and 6.00pm.
Micro Surfacing Programme
Lock Road, Marlow – Various locations along length of road : Monday 14th December 2020 to Wednesday 16th December 2020 – Carriageway iron works using localised traffic management in operation between 7.00am and 7.00pm, with a road closure in operation between 7.00am and 7.00pm on Wednesday 16th December 2020.
Chairborough Road, High Wycombe – Various locations along length of road : Thursday 17th December 2020 – Carriageway iron works using a road closure in operation between 7.00am and 7.00pm.
Portway Road, Twyford – Various locations along length of road : Friday 18th December 2020 – Carriageway iron works using localised traffic management in operation between 7.00am and 7.00pm.
Spurlands End Road, Great Kingshill – Near Hughenden Place : Friday 18th December 2020 to Saturday 19th December 2020 – Carriageway iron works using localised traffic management in operation between 7.00am and 7.00pm.
Footway Structural Repair Programme
Cottesloe Road, Aylesbury – Churchill Avenue to Clover Lane : Monday 14th December 2020 to Wednesday 23rd December 2020 – Footway improvement works using localised traffic management in operation between 7.30am and 4.30pm.
Main Road, Walters Ash – Burdett Drive to Ash Road : Monday 14th December 2020 to Wednesday 23rd December 2020 – Footway improvement works using localised traffic management in operation between 9.30am and 4.30pm.
Bealings End and Berkley Road, Knotty Green – Various locations along the footway : Monday 14th December 2020 to Wednesday 23rd December 2020 – Footway improvement works using localised traffic management in operation between 7.30am and 4.30pm.
Drainage Improvement Schemes
Missenden Road / Wey Lane / Church Street, Chesham : Monday 14th December 2020 to Wednesday 23rd December 2020 – Cable and pipe relocation work close to culvert using a road closure in operation 24 / 7.
Haw Lane, Saunderton – Railway bridge : Wednesday 16th December 2020 to Tuesday 22nd December 2020 – Drainage improvement work using a road closure in operation between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
Network Safety Schemes
A421, Whaddon : Monday 14th December 2020 to Wednesday 16th December 2020 – Sign replacement and installation of VAS Sign using temporary traffic signals in operation between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
