The Vale of Aylesbury Local Plan (VALP) is reaching its latest phase with further Hearing Sessions scheduled for mid-April 2021.
The sessions follow the completion of a public consultation, which ran from December 2020 to early February 2021 on the Further Main Modifications to the plan.
There were just over 370 responses to the latest consultation, which have been used as the basis for the four Hearing Sessions. The Inspector will not be accepting any new comments on the plan.
The hearing sessions will be held virtually from Tuesday 13th to Friday 16th April 2021. The events are by invitation only, but they will be recorded and made available online afterwards.
Further information and the agendas for each session are available on the Aylesbury Vale Area pages of the Buckinghamshire Council website.
Councillor Steve Bowles, Buckinghamshire Council Cabinet Member for VALP, said: ‘The council has been keen to keep the public informed, and involved, the whole way through this very thorough process, and we’re always grateful that people take the time to respond to the consultations.
This is another important milestone on the way to adopting the Vale of Aylesbury Local Plan.‘
