Roof of a building caught fire in Gerrards Cross
Fire broke out on the roof of a building in Gerrards Cross during the early hours of Wednesday 18th August 2021.
At 4.05am firefighters were called to the incident on the first floor roof of commercial building in Oxford Road, Gerrards Cross. One fire appliance with crew attended from Beaconsfield fire station, one from Gerrards Cross fire station and one from High Wycombe fire station. The aerial appliance from High Wycombe fire station also attended, along with an officer.
When the fire fighters arrived at the scene they found the fire was already out. The firefighters used small gear, a thermal imaging camera and one hose reel jet.
