Nursery brand, Mamas & Papas, is to open a concession store in NEXT on Crest Road, High Wycombe on Thursday 16th December 2021.
The UK’s leading nursery brand, Mamas & Papas, is bringing its range of travel systems, nursery furniture and children’s clothing to new and expectant parents in the High Wycombe area.
The brand will celebrate the arrival of the 2,173 sq ft concession in the NEXT store in Crest Road, High Wycombe on Thursday 16th December 2021 by offering free goodie bags to the first 50 customers.
As well as offering a carefully curated range of products, the concession will provide in-store services such as personal shopping appointments, car seat consultations and fittings, as well as click and collect.
Nathan Williams, Chief Operating Officer at Mamas & Papas, said: ‘We’re looking forward to welcoming our first customers through the doors in our new concession at NEXT, and to supporting all new and expectant parents in High Wycombe through their journey ahead.
The High Wycombe concession marks our 12th successful opening with NEXT and is all part of our continued, exciting growth plan.‘
The store will be open from 9am-8pm Monday-Friday, 9am-7pm on Saturdays, and 11am-5pm on Sundays. Free parking and baby change facilities are provided and there is also a Costa Coffee within the Next store.
The new concession store will have extra hygiene and social distancing measures in place and customers are required to wear face coverings in line with the updated government guidance.
Last year, Mamas & Papas launched the UK’s first virtual personal shopping service for new and expectant parents, ideal for those that are unable to get to a store due to health reasons or other commitments. Personal shoppers in Mamas & Papas stores across the UK chat directly to customers over video call straight from the shop floor, answering questions and providing live demonstrations on everything from car seats to pushchairs.
Anyone wishing to book a personal shopping appointment in store can do so on the Mamas & Papas website at www.mamasandpapas.com/en-gb/personal-shopping.
The retailer also launched free virtual ‘Parents to Be’ group sessions which guide attendees through everything they need to know about parenting, with expert speakers and Q&A sessions. Anyone wishing to find out further information or to book a place can do so by visiting the Mamas & Papas website at www.mamasandpapas.com/en-gb/parents-to-be-at-home.
