Police appeal for witnesses following an incident involving an e-scooter in High Wycombe

An appeal for witnesses has been launched by Thames Valley Police following an incident involving an e-scooter High Wycombe.

On Monday 16th May 2022, at around 12.20pm, police officers received a report that a man was seen to be riding an e-scooter with a baby strapped to his front in Totteridge Road, the e-scooter was travelling towards the Bowerdean crossroads.

The man involved in the incident is described as white, in his late twenties to early thirties, slim, with short brown hair. He was wearing jeans and trainers.

Investigating officer, PC Richard Lunn, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: ‘We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident to please come forward.
