Police appeal for witnesses following an aggravated burglary in High Wycombe
An appeal for witnesses has been launched by Thames Valley Police following an aggravated burglary in High Wycombe.
On Friday 19th August 2022, between 9.30pm and 10.30pm, four men broke into a property in Desborough Road.
At the time two occupants were in the property. During the incident one of the occupants of the property, a man in his eighties, sustained facial injuries that required hospital treatment.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Dan Page, based at High Wycombe police station, said: ‘We are appealing to anyone who witnessed this incident, or who may have information about what happened to please get in touch.
I’d appeal to anyone who was in the area around the time of the incident to check any dash-cam footage in case it has captured something that could help the investigation.
Also, I’d ask anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area on Friday evening to please contact us.
