Roadworks in Buckinghamshire for the week ahead – Monday 10th July 2023

Week commencing Monday 10th July 2023 roadworks are scheduled to take place at the following locations in Buckinghamshire.

The works are part of a rolling programme. As some activities are weather dependent the dates may change at short notice.

Plane and Patch Works

Waterside, Chesham from Hospital Hill to Waterside Court : Monday 10th July 2023 to Friday 14th July 2023 – Plane and patch works using a road closure in operation between 9.30am – 3.30pm.

A413 London Road, Buckingham from the Shell Garage to the Tesco roundabout : Monday 10th July 2023 to Friday 14th July 2023 – Plane and patch works using a road closure in operation between 8.00pm – 6.00am.

Accelerated Road Surfacing Works

A404 Amersham Road, Hazlemere from the junction of Inkerman Drive to the junction with Gravelly Way : Monday 10 July 2023 to Friday 14th July 2023 – Accelerated Road Surfacing Works using full closure between 8.00pm – 6.00am.

Drainage works

Ship Hill, Beconsfield : Monday 10 July 2023 to Friday 14th July 2023 -Drainage works to resolve the flooding at the low point of Ship Hill in the area of the Woodlands Farm, these works will be carried out under a 24 hour Road closure Monday to Friday.

Road Surface Dressing Works

Road surfacing works will have the main headline surface treatment laid followed by various days of sweeping to clear the loose stones and then further time to re-install the road markings these works are over a 2 / 3 week period depending on the collection of loose stone.

Whaddon Road, Mursley from Water Tower to A421 : Thursday 13th July 2023 – Road surface dressing works using a full closure between 9.30am to 3.30pm.

Whaddon Road, Newton Longville from the Railway Bridge to county boundary near A421 : Friday 14th July 2023 – Road surface dressing works using a full closure between 9.30am to 3.30pm.

Amersham Road, Chesham Bois from Moor Road / Amy Lane roundabout to Chiltern Road : Friday 14th July 2023 – Road surface dressing works using a full closure between 8.00pm to 6.00am.

Great Brickhill Road, Soulbury from Leighton Road to Stewkley Road : Friday 14th July 2023 – Road surface dressing works using a full closure between 9.30am to 3.30pm.

North Lee Lane, Terrick from Marsh Lane to A4010 : Saturday 15th July 2023 – Road surface dressing works using a full closure between 9.30am to 3.30pm.

Buckingham Road, Padbury from Thornborough Road to Lace Hill Estate : Buckinghamshire – : Saturday 15th July 2023 – Road surface dressing works using a full closure between 8.00pm to 6.00am – no work happening Sunday for North Bucks Bike Ride.

Risborough Road, Aston Sandford from A4129 Thame Road to Stanbridge Road : Sunday 16th July 2023 – Road surface dressing works using a full closure between 9.30am to 3.30pm.
