Police appeal for witnesses following an assault in Chesham

An appeal for witnesses has been launched by Thames Valley Police following an assault in Chesham.

On Monday 11th March 2024, at around 6.40pm, a woman entered the Premier Express on Bellingdon Road, Chesham. The woman then racially abused staff and assaulted a woman.

The victim received a laceration to the back of her head and attended hospital, but has since been discharged.

The woman involved in the incident is described as a black woman with thick brown framed glasses. She was wearing a long green trench coat, blue blouse and green tracksuit bottoms.

Investigating officer, PC Jake Jane,s said: ‘I am appealing for witnesses to this distressing assault to please come forward.
