Car caught fire on A40 at Stokenchurch

A car caught fire on the A40 above Junction 5 of the M40 at Stokenchurch on Monday 2nd June 2014.

Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue were alerted to the incident at 4.24pm and two fire appliances from High Wycombe fire station were despatched to the incident.

A hose reel, compressed air foam, dry powder extinguished and two sets of breathing apparatus were used during the operation to extinguish the fire.
