Two TV’s stolen in Wycombe burglary
Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after a burglary at a house in Burma Close, High Wycombe in which two flat screen televisions were stolen.
The burglary happened sometime between 10.30pm on Saturday 31st May 2014 and 3.00pm on Sunday 1st June 2014.
The offenders are thought to have accessed the house through an upstairs window having climbed onto the roof of a shed which was adjacent to the house.
One of the televisions had a large, heavy steel stand attached to its underside and would have required at least two people to move it as it is extremely heavy.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have seen anybody hanging around in the area, anyone carrying a television on the night in question or any vehicles in the area, to get in touch. Also anyone who subsequently may have been offered one of the televisions for sale.
One of the televisions is a LG 47 inch black flat screen. The other is a Tevion 47 inch black flat screen with a metal stand.
