Firefighters called to car fire on M40
Firefighters were called to a car that had caught fire on the M40 shortly after 5.06pm on Tuesday 19th August 2014.
The incident occurred on the Northbound carriageway of the M40 between Junctions 4 (Handy Cross) and Junction 5 (Stokenchurch).
One fire appliance and crew attended from Beaconsfield fire station while another was despatched from High Wycombe fire station.
A single hose reel was used in the operation to extinguish the fire.
