Handling of an unexplained death in Aylesbury referred to Independent Police Complaints Commission

Thames Valley Police has referred its handling of an unexplained death to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC).

The referral is in relation to an incident in the early hours of Saturday 13th September 2014 in which a 44 year old woman died at a residential property in Aylesbury.

The death is being treated as unexplained but is not believed to be suspicious. A file has been prepared for the Coroner.
