Man punched in face during assault outside The Bell pub in Frogmoor

Two men became involved in an altercation in Frogmoor between The Bell and Yates public houses at about 3.00am on Saturday 4th October 2014.

A 26 year old man tried to separate the two men but more people became involved in the altercation.

During the incident the 26 year old man was punched in the face. The assault occurred outside The Bell public house in Frogmoor.

The victim sustained cuts to his nose and jaw and was treated for his injuries at Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

The offender is described at white, slim, in his late teens to early twenties, with brown hair and about 5ft 9ins.

Thames Valley Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident to contact the investigating officer, PC Manminder Purewal, via the Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 101.
