22 year old man from Chesham sentenced to 3 years in prison for drugs offences

A 22 year old man of Great Hivings, Chesham has been sentenced to three years in prison for drugs offences at Aylesbury Crown Court.

The man pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and supply of Class A drugs on Monday 1st December 2014.  He was sentenced on the same day.

The man was arrested for the offences on Wednesday 17th September 2014 when he was seen by police officers to deal drugs to another man in Captains Wood playing field in Chesham.

Besides being sentenced to three years in prison the man was also ordered to forfeit £700 in cash to a drug addiction charity.

The man was also convicted of offences of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and will be sentenced at Aylesbury Crown Court on Friday 12th December 2014.
