Gareth Ainsworth signs new contract with Wycombe Wanderers

Wycombe Wanderers manager Gareth Ainsworth has signed a new long term deal with the club.

The length of the new contract has not yet been disclosed however it is believed to be a substantial extension to the two-year deal which was signed in 2013.

Ainsworth’s first permanent managerial role was with the Wanderers when he became manager in 2012.

The new contract comes after and impressive season which finds the Chairboys at the top of League Two and in the running for promotion.
