Fire broke out in a bedsit in three storey house in West Wycombe Road, High Wycombe during the early hours of Saturday 17th January 2015.
Firefighters were called at 4.11am, two fire appliances with crews were despatched to the incident from High Wycombe fire station, one from Beaconsfield fire station and officer.
One hose reel, four sets of breathing apparatus and a Positive Pressure Ventilation fan were used by firefighters during the operation to extinguish the fire.
The bedsit was badly damaged by the fire, the remainder of the property was 25% damaged by smoke.
Two men suffered from the effects of breathing in smoke.
