Annual Muslim procession takes place in High Wycombe

The birthday of the prophet Muhammad was marked in High Wycombe on Sunday 18th January 2015 with the annual procession into the town centre.

This year marked the twenty seventh time the procession has taken place in High Wycombe.

Starting at the Mosque in Jubilee Road hundreds of Muslims walked to the High Street, where community leaders made speeches, before returning to Jubilee Road.

Speakers who addressed the gathering in the High Street included the Mayor of High Wycombe Councillor Khalil Ahmed.
