Asian gold, watches, electrical items, handbags and perfume were taken during the burglary at a house in Oak Crescent, Booker, High Wycombe sometime between 9.30am and 10.30am on Thursday 19th March 2015.

Offenders gained entry to the property by puttin an implement through a letterbox to open the front door while the occupants were out.

Thames Valley Police would like to speak to a man who had visited the house offering to buy Asian gold for cash on at least two occasions in the two weeks prior to the burglary.

The man is described as white, very tall, stocky with a brown beard and spoke with a southern Irish accent. On one occasion he left in a small white vehicle.

Thames Valley Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact PC Dale Lester from High Wycombe Police Station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
