Motorist injured during assault following collision in Denham

At around 5.15pm on Thursday 18th June 2015 a black Lexus and a Silver Mercedes Coupe were involved in a collision on the southbound carriageway just off the Denham roundabout at Cross Hatching, Oxford Road in Denham.

Following the collision an altercation took place between both drivers resulting in one of the men sustaining injuries to his chest and leg. The injured man attended Mount Vernon minor injuries unit where he was later discharged.

Investigating officer, PC Christopher Miller, said: ‘I would appeal to anyone who witnessed this collision to come forward as any piece of information may prove vital to our ongoing investigation.

A 56 year old man has been arrested on suspicion of assault causing actual bodily harm. He has been released on police bail pending further inquiries until [Sunday] 12th July [2015].
