Two men on a motorcycle injured, one seriously, in accident at Eaton Road in Aylesbury
Shortly before 12.55pm on Wednesday 24th June 2015 Thames Valley Police officers were called to a report of a collision involving green Ford Focus and a Yamaha motorcycle in Eaton Road at the junction with Prebendal Avenue in Aylesbury.
The male rider of the motorcycle sustained shoulder injuries and was taken by ambulance to Stoke Mandeville Hospital in Aylesbury.
The male pillion passenger sustained serious leg injuries and was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford by air ambulance. His condition is not thought to be life-threatening.
The driver of the Ford was uninjured.
Roads were closed in the area and have since re-opened. Officers are currently investigating the circumstances of the collision.
Investigating officer PC Christopher Fallon, from the Joint Operations Unit for Roads Policing, said: ‘I would like to speak to witnesses who saw the collision or anyone who saw the vehicles travelling prior to the collision.
