Improvement work to take place at Wendover station

During January 2016 work will commence on a project to make improvements at Wendover station.

Delivered by Network Rail and Chiltern Railways the project will include the following :

• Improvements to the flow of vehicle traffic through the station.
• Enhanced pedestrian safety.
• Doubling of the amount of bike storage for customers.
• Construction of a cycling hub to improve the cycling facilities for Chiltern Railways customers.

The work is expected to be completed by spring 2016.

Chiltern Railways will be holding a ‘meet the manager’ session in the near future where passengers can fidn out more about the proposed improvements to the station.
