WWII German dagger stolen during burglary in Flackwell Heath

A distinctive WWII German dagger was stolen in a burglary at a property in Greenlands, Flackwell Heath, High Wycombe.

The burglary occurred between Monday 11th January 2016 and Wednesday 13th January 2016.

Case investigator Sandra Faux, from Local CID based at Wycombe police station, said: ‘We are appealing for any information concerning a burglary at Greenlands. A distinctive dagger in a sheath was stolen from the property and may be of interest to local collectors. It is engraved with ‘Alles fur Deutschland’ and was brought to the UK from Germany after World War Two.

I would ask anyone who saw anything, or who has information about the dagger, to get in touch.

Thames Valley Police are asking anything with information that could help with their enquiries to please contact Sandra Faux at High Wycombe Local CID via the 24-hour Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101.
