Two men injured in collision on the M40

Firefighters were called to the Northbound carriageway of the M40 at 9.37pm on Sunday 31st January 2016 following a collision involving one car.

The incident occurred between Junction 2 (Beaconsfield) and Junction 3 (Loudwater).

One fire appliance with crew attended from Beaconsfield fire station, one from Gerrards Cross fire station and one from Slough fire station. An officer also attended.

An injured man was released from the wreckage of the vehicle in which he was travelling by the firefighters. Another man, also injured, managed to escape from the vehicle before the firefighters arrived.
