Greggs in Wycombe High Street closes on Saturday 5th March 2016

The branch of Greggs in Wycombe High Street is to close permanently on Saturday 5th March 2016.

Greggs, who are the largest bakery chain in the United Kingdom with over 1,600 outlets, have had a presence in Wycombe High Street since acquiring its major rival, Bakers Oven, in 1994.

The Greggs shop located at 13/14 Queens Square, High Wycombe, HP11 2DF will continue to trade.

Nationally Greggs have announced the closure three of its twelve UK bakeries located in Edinburgh, Twickenham in London and Sleaford in Lincolnshire which is likely to lead to the loss of 355 jobs.
