Free security marking sessions in Farnham Royal, Burnham and Beaconsfield

The Chiltern and South Bucks Community Safety Partnership are urging people to protect their property by getting items security marked.

The partnership, which comprising both district councils and Thames Valley Police, are holding free security marking sessions at the following dates and locations :

Thursday 7th April 2016

10.00am to 11.00am at Wyevale, Crown Lane, Farnham Royal, SL2 3SG
11.30am to 1.00pm at Burnham Beeches Cafe, Lord Mayor’s Drive, Burnham SL2 3TE

Tuesday 12th April 2015

10.30am to 1.30pm at Wyevale, London Road, Beaconsfield, HP9 1SH

People can take along up to three items of garden equipment for free marking on the day.

Security marking for bikes and scooters will also be available and officers will also be providing advice on a range of crime prevention measures. Free UV pens will also be provided on a first come, first served basis.

Anyone who is unable to get to one can get property marked at home by making an appointment with an officer from their neighbourhood team. Call 101 for more advice.Further information on these events can be obtained by calling the Community Safety team in 01494 586535.
