The Elysian Singers to perform at St Lawrence’s Church, West Wycombe Hill on Sunday 22nd May 2016
The Elysian Singers will be holding a concert at St Lawrence’s Church, West Wycombe Hill, HP14 3AP on Sunday 22nd May 2016 starting at 6.30pm.
The concert, part of the Wycombe Arts Festival, is entitled ‘Glories of Early English Music‘ and will feature works by Purcell, Byrd, Tallis and others.
The Elysian Singers, conducted by Sam Laughton, are one of the U.K’s leading chamber choirs and were founded in 1986. They have sung at prestigious venues including the Albert Hall, Wigmore Hall and Royal Festival Hall. In 2000 they reached the finals of the Sainsbury’s Choir of the Year competition at the Albert Hall.
Tickets to the event at St Lawrence’s Church on Sunday 22nd May 2016 cost £12.00 and are available to purchase in advance from the Wycombe Arts Festival Box Office on 01628 483597. Tickets will also be available on the door.
