Man charged with outraging public decency

Thames Valley Police have charged a 29 year old man with one count of outraging public decency in Bourne End.

Russell Sheller, aged 29, of Acorn Close, High Wycombe was arrested on Friday 24th June 2016 and charged on Saturday 25th June 2016.

The charges are in relation to incidents which took place in Bourne End between April and June this year (2016) in which young women were followed and photographs of them were taken.

Mr Sheller appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Monday 27th June 2016 and pleaded not guilty to the charge.

He has been remanded in custody to appear at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 26th July 2016.
