Man hit on the head and threatened with knife during robbery in Chesham
On Sunday 8th January 2017 a man was robbed on Greenway Parade, Chesham.
The incident occurred at approximately 8.30pm. The victim got out of his vehicle and was approached from behind by a man who struck the victim on the back of his head with a drinks bottle or can.
A second man then entered the victim’s vehicle. As the victim attempted to get the keys out of the ignition of his car the first offender, who was outside the vehicle, threatened the victim with a knife.
The first offender then joined the other inside the vehicle and both drove off in the direction of Upper Belmont Road.
The two men are described as similar in appearance, approximately 5ft 7ins, in their early twenties and wearing dark hoodies.
The investigating officer, Det Con Jagdip Sekhon of Taplow Local CID, said ‘I would like to speak to anyone who may have been in the area at the time and may have witnessed the incident.
Anyone who recognises the description of the two men should get in touch via the Thames Valley enquiry centre on 101.‘
